Employees of HitAndWin, their immediate family members, and anyone connected with the administration of draws are not eligible to win prizes.

You may be required to verify your identity and residency before a prize is awarded.

All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Entry credits associated with refunded orders may be reversed or adjusted accordingly.

Digital goods and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

Entries are earned automatically based on qualifying purchase totals. Entry calculations are final and non-negotiable.

Weekly draws are held every Sunday at 8pm. Winners are selected using a certified random draw engine and announced publicly.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated otherwise.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Alternative methods of entry (AMOE) are available as described in our Official Rules.

VIP tiers are awarded based on lifetime entries and are permanent once unlocked.

Tier benefits, including entry multipliers, apply to all future qualifying purchases.

We reserve the right to adjust tier thresholds or benefits with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

All content on the HitAndWin website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of HitAndWin or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

HitAndWin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or participation in draws.

Our total liability in any matter relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website or services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
