HitAndWin processes payments through Shopify-certified PCI-DSS payment providers. We never see or store your full card details on our own servers.

1. Accepted payment methods
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (where supported by your device)
- Shop Pay
- PayPal (where available at checkout)
2. Currency and pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout. The final amount charged may differ slightly from the displayed price due to your card issuer's exchange rate and any cross-border fees they apply.
3. Payment security
All transactions are encrypted in transit using TLS and processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. HitAndWin never stores full card numbers, CVVs or banking credentials on its own systems.
4. Authorisation and capture
When you place an order, your payment is authorised immediately. Funds are captured when the order is confirmed for fulfilment. If we are unable to fulfil all or part of your order, the corresponding authorisation will be released or refunded.
5. Failed or declined payments
Payments may be declined by your bank or card issuer for reasons we cannot see — such as insufficient funds, fraud protection, regional restrictions or incorrect billing details. Please contact your bank first; if the issue persists, we're happy to help troubleshoot.
6. Billing details and invoices
An order confirmation with itemised totals is sent to the email used at checkout. A copy of every order is also available in your account under Orders. VAT-eligible invoices can be requested by emailing kalaayumu@gmail.com with your order number.
7. Suspected fraud
We may decline or cancel any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, including orders flagged by our fraud-prevention systems or made with details inconsistent with the payment method on file. Where this happens, any funds held will be released.
