Where we ship, how fast, and what to expect.

HitAndWin orders are fulfilled through our integrated Shopify logistics network. Exact delivery timelines depend on the product, your address and your selected shipping method.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to most countries in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Additional destinations are added periodically — the checkout will show the most up-to-date list of supported regions.

2. Processing time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or Irish public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
  • During promotional campaigns or major releases, processing may take up to 5 business days.

3. Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Typical ranges, once your order has been dispatched, are:

  • Ireland & UK: 2–5 business days
  • European Union: 4–8 business days
  • United States & Canada: 6–12 business days
  • Rest of world (where supported): 10–20 business days

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight and selected service level. Promotional free-shipping offers, where available, will be displayed on the relevant product or campaign page.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also view order status from your account dashboard.

6. Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and handling fees collected by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

7. Delivery issues

  • If tracking has not updated for 7+ business days, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
  • If a parcel is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours and your local depot, then contact us within 7 days so we can assist.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

8. Lost or stuck shipments

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion, depending on stock availability. Investigations can take 10–20 business days depending on the destination.
