Products purchased from HitAndWin are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory consumer rights under Irish and EU law.

1. Standard coverage
Unless a longer warranty is stated on the product page, items purchased from HitAndWin are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery. Some products — particularly electronics — may carry a longer manufacturer warranty; the longer period applies in that case.
2. What's covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- Components that fail prematurely without external cause.
- Functional failures that prevent the product from being used as intended.
3. What's not covered
- Cosmetic wear and tear from normal use.
- Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification or improper installation.
- Damage caused by power surges, liquid exposure, drops or environmental conditions outside the product's specifications.
- Consumable parts (batteries, filters, etc.) past their expected lifespan.
- Items purchased from third-party resellers — only original HitAndWin orders are covered.
4. How to file a claim
Email kalaayumu@gmail.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue and supporting photos or video where possible. Our team will review the claim and respond within one business day.
If the claim is approved, we'll guide you through the next steps — typically a replacement, repair coordination with the manufacturer, or a refund where neither is practical.
5. Replacement vs. refund
For valid warranty claims we'll prioritise a like-for-like replacement. If the same item is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent product or a refund to the original payment method.
6. Statutory rights
This warranty is offered in addition to — and does not replace — your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law, including the legal guarantee of conformity.
