Return & Refund Policy

Returns made simple, refunds made fair.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return under EU consumer law — and we'll often go beyond that for genuine issues.

1. Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. The item must reach us within 14 days of your return being approved.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) is required.
  • Some items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety or licensing reasons. These are clearly marked on the product page.

2. How to start a return

Email kalaayumu@gmail.com from the address on your order with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos help us resolve damaged or incorrect items faster.

We'll review your request and reply within one business day with return instructions, including the address to ship to.

3. Return shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, defect), we cover return shipping.
  • If you're returning an item for a change-of-mind reason, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
  • We strongly recommend a tracked service. We can't be responsible for returns lost in transit before they reach us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to display the credit.

Original shipping charges are refundable when the return is due to our error. They are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

5. How returns affect entries

Entries are credited to your account at the moment an order is paid for. If the order — or part of it — is later refunded, the corresponding entries are reversed from your balance.

If those entries have already been used to participate in an active prize, the participation remains valid but the entries cannot be re-credited. This is to keep prize draws fair to everyone who participates.

VIP tier status, which is based on lifetime spend, is recalculated automatically when a refund is processed.

6. Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, colour or item, please return the original under this policy and place a new order — that way you keep full control over availability and pricing.

7. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any reasonable return shipping cost.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
